Should Your Pharmacy Join The Alliance?
The Alliance offers independent pharmacy and infusion clinic members the opportunity to work together to build business by differentiating and gaining access to high-cost, high-touch therapies. Members can access the strength and capabilities of a national specialty provider, while maintaining independence. Your pharmacy can belong to any banner and we offer geographic exclusivity.
Alliance affiliates provide services at locations across Western Canada and we are seeking partners in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Alliance members provide customized pharmacy and nursing services, on contract to pharmaceutical manufacturers at locations across Canada. These services include:
- MD and RN outreach and networking
- Vaccine work-up
- Blood draws and lab monitoring
- Injections and Injection training
- PSP enrollment
- First dose clinic monitoring
- IV infusions
- Adherence monitoring
Eligibility Criteria
To become a member, new Alliance pharmacies must
- Serve an unserved geography, with a high-quality established community pharmacy
- Have staff able to devote time to learning specialty drugs, diseases and systems
- Prepare to invest in your pharmacy including renovations and re-working workflows
- Operate or affiliate with an independent IV clinic within 6 months of joining the Alliance
